Genesis Lending Group (GLG) corporate headquarters is in Cape Coral, Florida. We are veterans with over 25 years in the mortgage industry and have vast experience in all phases of mortgage lending. GLG is currently licensed in Florida as a Mortgage Brokerage Business. This business model allows us to have strategic relationships with over 25 national and local lenders to place our client's loans. This availability of funds allows us to offer the best rates and products around. We shop for you so you don't have to. We also participate in the HARP Government refinance loan.
Our vision for GLG is to continue to build and operate a mortgage company, which excels in customer service, and are committed to full disclosure and we are always compliant with national and state lending laws. As a long time advocate of affordable housing, GLG's vision includes participation as an FHA and VA broker as well. GLG's expertise and knowledge is available to all. GLG is actively involved in providing funds necessary for Investors as well. Our staff recognizes the importance of investor funds being injected in the real estate market, to thereby provide inventory and opportunity for the first time buyer.
